How does the design process work?

Choose the design that suits your needs best. Place your order. After that, we’ll send you confirmation. Some design orders may require more information from you. If that is the case, we will email you a form to complete. Using the info provided by you, we work on the designs and send them to you before your due date. Next, we finalize and complete. Choose a winner, or make changes until approved. We then send you, your final files.

How does booking a photoshoot work?

First, you will choose which photo session you would like. After you’ve purchased the session, you will be contacted via email to confirm date, time and location of the shoot. 

I need something designed like yesterday!

No worries! You can rush an order, the option to rush will be on the product page. 

What platform do you use to design, create and edit?

Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere.

How do I edit my branding template?

Your branding template can be edited using advanced programs like Photoshop or simple programs like Canva. 

How do I receive my photos once they done being edited?

You will receive a link to view your photos in an online gallery. 

How do I receive my designs when they are complete, and what format will them come in? 

All designed will be delivered via email and they will be in (Vector) PNG format, and some PDF formats for designs that are made for print. Other formats can be requested. 

What’s the turnaround time?

The normal turnaround time frame and rushed timeframe details for projects are listed under each service.

How many times will you change/ adjust a graphic design or logo?

Each graphic design or logo is allowed 3 changes before the client approves the design. Once the design is approved, if any additional changes are requested, there will be an additional fee. 

Will you still have access to graphics in case I lose them? 

Yes! Everything will be kept. 

When will I be notified about time and date for my photoshoot? 

An email will be sent within 24 hours to confirm. 

What is the refund policy?

All digital products including ebooks, instant downloads, or courses are final sale. No refunds will be issued. 

Justerica Angelic Creative Studio or the client can choose to terminate the project at any time if it is not a good fit. If either party does agree to terminate the project, the client will still be responsible for half the service fees IF the designer did not begin the project already. IF the designer did begin the project, the client will be responsible for the TOTAL COST of the project, no exceptions! Our time is valuable.

There are no refunds on photoshoots, if the client does have to cancel a photo session, it can be rescheduled and there will be a $50 rescheduling fee.

do you offer discounts?

Yes, there are discounts all throughout the year for special holidays, so make sure you are on the mailing list! (They know first) We also provide a discount for recent/past clients who submit a client review. Also, there is a discount code for purchasing two or more of our services at one time. For example 2 logos, or a logo design along with a business card design. But, you’ll have to emailed us for that code!
